「Hall way was very dirty & room had an ugly smell. 」

「The room was clean, but the fan was incredibly noisy. Much louder than your standard hotel room. We asked to be moved and they kindly accommodated this, but the next room had a fan that hardly blew. I’ve seen multiple complaints on Google about the climate control at this hotel. It’s apparent that they need to upgrade their systems.」

「The A/C unit made a loud pitch sound each time it turned off. Also, very bummed to find out that the Continental breakfast was $8.00. I thought Continental was included. Rest and food was the ammentities. And I received neither. The bed was comfortable.」

「When I got to the hotel on Friday, i was told i couldn't check in until 3. The time was about 1:30. This caught me off guard since I frequently check into hotels early. I really wanted to clean up after traveling all day. So I went to the event I was in town for, and checked in later that evening. The room was OK, I had 2 beds which was good since the sheet on one bed had yellowish stains on it. I checked the other bed, and slept there. The coffe was good. But I'll not stay there again. 」

「My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.」

「Except for the super loud music from a close by venue /bar it was a great stay. The music didn’t bother us but it may bother others . I ask for an extension and was granted two more hours at no charge Very content」

「This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around.」
