"Breakfast was not bad but i think the lady at the night desk during check in may have been pulling my leg when i asked how the Breakfast was she said its ok but on the weekends the Mexican lady makes beans and tortillas didnt see none of.that during the weekend. I domt know if she was beimg serious or just just saying that because i was Hispanic but other then that the room was clean. Wish the pool had the heater working "

"The hotel is overall great! We stay there every single time we come to San Antonio. The rooms are very large and are always extremely cold, which is great. The only complaint that we have is the parking. If you get in late in the evening, we may have to park pretty far. They do have great security."

"I was there for work and a little down time. Sunday was fine but by Monday several eating options were not available nor was any pool side attendance. "

"Our stay was GREAT! Its the 1st time in 2 years we've been back to the area and chose Woodspring Suites bc it's the most reasonable place to stay for the price and the amazing staff make it feel like a HOME away from Home. This last stay, at heck out time I was running late bc I'm disabled and have a bum leg with ulcers on it so I'm slower than I think I am and I didn't give myself enough time to check out before 11am. Well I took out my dog Jaxon, and my bags then came back inside to ask for my key to be remade bc I still had another pet in the room. Andrea was SUPERB at helping me and I was in and out in a flash! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this extended stay hotel. "

"Terrible! The lady at the front desk had no knowledge of how to handle our requests. There was no phone in the room, no wash rags, you had to use a personal phone or go downstairs to ask for things. The pool was open but it was filthy!!! So dirty we couldn’t use it!! If you’re going to open a pool for use, clean it!! I have extra charges on my card and have to call to get it adjusted!! Not happy!!"
