「Except for the super loud music from a close by venue /bar it was a great stay. The music didn’t bother us but it may bother others . I ask for an extension and was granted two more hours at no charge Very content」

「My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.」

「The room was clean, but the fan was incredibly noisy. Much louder than your standard hotel room. We asked to be moved and they kindly accommodated this, but the next room had a fan that hardly blew. I’ve seen multiple complaints on Google about the climate control at this hotel. It’s apparent that they need to upgrade their systems.」

「The room keys were not properly created and had to be reset. Housekeeping comes every second day, although this wasn’t communicated at check in. The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property.」

「The property was clean, except for the seating area in the lobby had quite a few dirty chairs. But the biggest issue, albeit a minor one, is that there is a step lid garbage can near the coffee that is broken. So you have to touch it with your hands to open it, and it was overflowing every single day we were there. Empty the trash people! And replace that garbage can.」

「The rooms were clean. Staff was very polite. They took a coffee maker out of my room and never returned it, but they had fresh coffee in the morning on the breakfast bar, which had plenty of food and it was clean, scrambled eggs and sausage. They did have a waffle maker everything wasclean and nice. I recommend this 」

「While I didn't utilize it this stay, I love the indoor pool. The gym is right next door to the pool, so one can get a good workout in, then hop in the pool to cool down. The pool is a great size to swim some laps, too. The breakfast spread isn't bad at all. This was my 2nd stay here, and my only gripe is that the refried beans at breakfast are a tad watery. But that's my only gripe. The staff has always been helpful, the property is clean, and the location is great as you're close to the Rim...
