"Very clean hotel inside and out. I know it’s not new, however you wouldn’t know by the cleanliness and look of it. Cute decorations outside as well as rocking chairs outside your room to relax and unwind in. There’s a cute little cafe on the end of the hotel that’s amazing as well. The owner lives on property and is super friendly as well as “on top of it” if you need anything. It was winter during our stay and he went into our room before we arrived to simply check over the room and turn the heat up so we would be comfortable upon arrival! I was pleased with everything during our stay! Will definitely choose this hotel again when we are back in the area! "

"The room was clean and neat. Most notably, the staff was wonderful and so friendly! We had a great experience here the night before we skied at Cataloochee. A little surprise was the elk in the parking lot when we went to leave! The lovely gentleman at the front desk told us they come by regularly. "
