「Very clean hotel inside and out. I know it’s not new, however you wouldn’t know by the cleanliness and look of it. 「The room was clean and neat. Most notably, the staff was wonderful and so friendly! We had a great experience here the night before we skied at Cataloochee. A little surprise was the elk in the parking lot when we went to leave! The lovely gentleman at the front desk told us they come by regularly. 」

They were super loud until 2-3am playing music from their trucks in the parking lot which is right up against the hotel rooms and drinking out on the walkways.
