I did not know the physical layout of the property and I was told by the manger I should’ve called a head, which I would’ve done if I knew. It was inconvenient for me, the stairs were an issue, we had to take a lift, then the elevator. It was really uncomfortable and inconvenient. My stay was 3/27-3/29."

"Room was clean and staff were super friendly. There was a ceiling tile missing in the closet-not a huge deal but kinda weird. Also, the breakfast was delicious but something in the sausage (I think) made me feel sick later. "
