Every single person we encountered; from the staff we communicated with ahead of time on WhatsApp, to the very welcoming doorman and literally every member of the staff was exceptional & went above & beyond expectation to make our stay wonderful. 「This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms.」

「The room is full of high tech stuff. Big TV and massage bed. The hotel is closed to the Victoria Coach station, 5 min walk, which can take the bus directly to the airport. The only disappointment is the room and bathing area just too small. I suggest them try to use bath screen to keep the bathroom dry」

「This is the worst hotel in London. I was never sent my check. In code, it took 30 minutes to get through to them and finally get it. The bed was not clean in my room, there was a huge pumping noise so I couldn’t sleep. There are no staff on site-absolute disaster. This should not be on your site. Dreadful. 」
