「This place is lovely but not ideal for children or babies .. on checking in had a lovely chap who carried my pram up as in carried the baby but you wouldn’t want to do 3/4 floors of stairs too often as there’s no lift. I had to leave & find a new hotel losing 3 days of money. My attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful even though the staff told me my room was smaller than most.
