「This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Chelsea. It is tastefully appointed throughout. We stayed in a king room facing Codogan Square which was lovely. It was immaculate and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, sitting area and complementary soft drink mini-bar. The bathroom was nice with ample towels. 「We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an impressive winding staircase and fantastic glass chandeliers. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The attention to efficient design was noteworthy. That said, the bathroom was tiny, though highly functional. The included breakfast was perfect for starting the day. 「Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. 」
