「Staff was great especially the night auditor who was very kind after my train arrived two hour late from Paris (12:05AM). Not only did I have breakfast, but came back for lunch. Both meals were terrific!!! Front desk called me a taxi because I was having issues getting a ride service car…five star Plus + raining.」

「Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. 」

「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable.
