"We had a text a couple of days before and were able to ask a couple of questions. We were welcomed by Vernon on arrival and shown around the hotel. Poor welcome from the receptionist; she seemed preoccupied with admin instead of attending to us for check-in. The Grand Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I took my two boys on a long weekend and I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel amenities gym, indoor pool and outdoor heated pool with loungers. It was a delight for adults and kids. The bar is nice and the buffet breakfast is really well balanced with options for ordering cooked oatmeal or eggs the way you like them. I would definitely comeback. The location is near the marina and plenty of options for eating out."
