D. Hotel Suites & Spa

8/10 Good
"Really positive experience overall. The only experience was upon requesting a late checkout,I was told ther would be a $25 fee! I have travelled extensively and have never encountered this before. Very disappointed that our otherwise excellent experience was marred by this unusual situation. Perhaps this policy could be revised to reflect the rest of the policies that reach the high levels expected."

"This was the perfect location, in the middle of town. Easy to get around. Beautiful but dated. More detail could go into repairing small details such as blinds. The bed was the most comfortable; I could just melt into it. The staff was super friendly and helpful; there is a wonderful restaurant with great breakfast options."

"We had a wonderful time at the Inn. Often we stay at a local chain restaurant, but I was glad we chose this Inn, as the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was located right in the center of Amherst - very convenient to walk to restaurant, colleges etc. The room was nicely appointed, it was dark and quiet at night, and the shower was spacious and had great water pressure. Would definitely stay here again if in area!"
