"I was blown away with how beautiful the hotel was from the outside looking in. I could not believe that the room came with two free drinks a $10 dinner credit and free breakfast in the morning. I was also handed a bag with six bottles of water for my stay. When I walked in my room, it was a high-level room looking at the John Hancock building on the 26th floor. I snag this room last minute at a discounted rate and I would like to try to stay at this hotel every time five stars!"

"We stayed at Hotel Felix from October 1 to October 4, and our experience was truly wonderful! The location is perfect — close to the Magnificent Mile, the Riverwalk, and plenty of great restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to Marina at the front desk, who welcomed us so warmly and made our check-in smooth and pleasant. She also gave us great local recommendations that helped us enjoy the city even more. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations — a great place to stay in the heart of Chicago.
