"The only way to go here is the preferred club. The amenities they provide are worth it... like you get to eat in the AC in a private area when you enjoy the buffet, you can make reservations at the restaurants (otherwise you wait really long times), you have a personal concierge you can message questions to, etc. That was totally worth the upgrade. The pool area is nice and has quiet areas to enjoy... especially at the preferred pool, because main pool area can get loud. The Cosmic Lanes place was worth doing, game area for kids, and our daughter enjoyed doing that nightly before dinner. The evening entertainment after dinner, starting at 9, in the theater was not world class but it was fun and the staff was so great. Reserve at table at Spice for the tappenyaki grill, because that was the best meal we had. Our room was a bit dirty (like smudges on doors, dirt on drawer handles, etc) but housekeeping was nice and the bed and linens were comfortable. The staff at this hotel is REALLY accommodating and helpful and nice. That was the highlight of the trip, the staff at the hotel were really great.
All in all it was a wonderful family vacation and a great place to bring children."
