"The staff was amazing from the entertainers, the waitresses and waiters, the pool staff, the bartenders. Our favorites were the ladies at the coffee shop, Miguel at the oasis bar, Rey, and Janesky from the main bar and Jonathan from the front he even sang for us. Amazing people. Loved the variety of food and drinks. Definitely will be back. "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort. We did the preferred swim up room and it was the best thing we ever did. Our butler Johanny was great, we didn't need him much but he was extremely responsive and would make reservations for us if needed. He also looked after taking care of our luggage on check out. Resort was great, rooms were clean, food was okay.. not the greatest but it's expected it. The cafe was great, made the best cappucinos's in the morning and had lots of lovely little sweet bites! The ladies were very polite and accomodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort. But I would also recommend paying a little extra for the preferred room."
