"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"The staff were amazing. We came in an unfortunate time where there was no electricity; however the way the manager Miguel and the front desk Axel talked to us and explained everything to us made us stay for our 7 night vacation; if it wasn’t for them, we would have left and booked another hotel. Room service was amazing; the food for room service is always fresh. I had one of the best Spanish professor during my stay, Antonio which he is also part of the entertainment team, he has good vibes and always makes sure that we are having fun and including us in all the activities. The vibe team work so hard, Harky and Amerys always bring the vibe with them. I had the best server in the whole stay, Leonel, He is always nice, making sure we have everything that we need all the time. Another amazing server we had was Jeifrin, he is nice and friendly always with a smile. The spa, something you have to book when you come here. My masseuse Josefine I think her name was, knows what she’s doing and she is very sweet. I had one of the best vacations thanks to the people I mentioned above. Thank you Royalton Chic Punta Cana."

"Excelente hotel, con servicio de primera, diversidad de restaurantes y todos de muy buen nivel. Hermosas vistas a las piscinas y el mar. Las instalaciones estan impecablen, las habitaciones perfectas. El servicio del personal es de primer nivel. El checkout es a las 12, pero nos permitieron permanecer hasta las 5 PM y nos brindaron una habitación para ducharnos antes de irnos del hotel. Muy recomendable, para pasar un momento de relax total. Lo único que no estuvo a la altura del talento dominicano, ni del nivel y precio del hotel fueron las actividades nocturnas. Considero que deberían ofrecer cantantes, músicos, orquestas y bailarines de mayor nivel, cosa que abunda en este maravilloso país."
