"Overall a nice hotel. Both pools were clean and fun for the kids, the beach was beautiful (about a ten minute walk from our room), The rooms were clean, the kitchen fairly well equipped. "The hotel is great, the food was good. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is like 20 minutes from Barvaro. Thank you to Reinaldo Sanchez for the great hospitality. He was so attentive to our needs, make reservations for us, and always willing to help. Thank you to Deisy from el Mercado and Berenice and entire team from the coffee shop. So nice and making sure we had what we need. We had a great time and would love to come back. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. The service throughout the resort was excellent—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The activities were very good and well organized, adding a lot of fun to our stay. Special recognition goes to Kyle, the lobby concierge, who was incredibly helpful and friendly; Yudy at the reception, who provided excellent assistance with a warm smile; and El Natural at the main bar, whose great energy and service made every visit enjoyable. Thanks to the amazing staff, our stay was memorable, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Punta Cana. The only aspect that could be improved is paying a little more attention to the cleaning of the showers. Aside from that small detail, everything was excellent."

"Very clean and quiet resort. I haven’t done many all inclusives but people in my group have and they said this one is well above the average. The biggest thing was the number of staff compared to the number of guests. Every corner had at least 2 staff members smiling and asking if you needed anything. Breakfast and lunch buffet were incredible. Lots of options and variety. Evening restaurants were good too but the buffet is where the food really shines. I saw some people complaining about the pool temperature in the winter time. For us in early January, it was refreshing but not too cold. Very impressed overall and would stay again for sure. "
