「The food, staff, and customer service are horrible at this hotel. They require you to make reservations for all restaurants through an app that doesn’t work. You can only make 2 days of reservations and can only make them once you are on property. Concierge staff are the worst - rude and unhelpful! You can’t swim in the ocean (actually a bay) because of the murky water with tons of jelly fish. Spend less money and stay at a much better place like Secrets or Dreams (right down the street). The...
