"The hotel is great, the food was good. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is like 20 minutes from Barvaro. Thank you to Reinaldo Sanchez for the great hospitality. He was so attentive to our needs, make reservations for us, and always willing to help. Thank you to Deisy from el Mercado and Berenice and entire team from the coffee shop. So nice and making sure we had what we need. We had a great time and would love to come back. "

"Very clean and quiet resort. I haven’t done many all inclusives but people in my group have and they said this one is well above the average. The biggest thing was the number of staff compared to the number of guests. Every corner had at least 2 staff members smiling and asking if you needed anything. Breakfast and lunch buffet were incredible. Lots of options and variety. Evening restaurants were good too but the buffet is where the food really shines. I saw some people complaining about the pool temperature in the winter time. For us in early January, it was refreshing but not too cold. Very impressed overall and would stay again for sure. "

"We have been doing family vacations for the last 5 years in the DR. This all inclusive resort was the best one by far we have been to, especially being part of the excellence club. The food is absolutely amazing at the restaurants. The staff is so nice. It was so calm and peaceful. Only comment I would say is about the housekeeping, it was not the cleanest. Other than that, everything else was excellent. We will definitely be back!"
