"Solo stay in Edinburgh whilst family stayed elsewhere. This is an absolute find. Modern, stylish and so comfortable. Check in etc was perfect, and it’s located so close to the tram stop. Would definitely stay again."

"The best stay of our whole trip! Very clean, extremely comfortable, a lovely tea and coffee basket. Breakfast was better than going to a restaurant- fresh and hot, many choices and we were served in our room in total comfort. Alice most accommodating, very sweet and full of local information.
We can’t wait to book and stay again. "

"Parking wasn't accessible due to maintenance being done on the building. The room was clean. And smaller than what is advertised, also there was no common area like in the pictures. We had a mini table in the hall with a coffee station."
