「The staff did an excellent job of taking care of everything I needed: extra towels, quarters for laundry, etc. They even tidied the room, emptied trash, restocked toilet paper, etc., while we were out for the day. It is an older hotel with dated carpet in the halls (our room had new laminate flooring), and the weekend breakfast (eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, fried potatoes) was much better than Monday through Thursday's breakfast. 「There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.」
