「The room we stayed in was not very clean. The windows (interior) were filthy and have clearly not been cleaned in some time. The tub also had not received a proper cleaning for some time. The rooms claimed to be “newly renovated “ but judge by the buildup in and around the tub it’s been several years. 「Judi breakfast lady on Saturday and Sunday stood out. Despite being busy she gladly washed my Yetti cup for me with a smile every morning of our stay. Great service. Judi never stops where do you find such great staff.」

「You get what you pay for just needed a cheap place to crash for the night I wouldn't pay anymore than I did for the room that's for sure It's a definitely dated hotel in need of renovations and new furnishings」

There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. 「They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. 」

「The owner's and staff are lovely people. Everything is kept clean & tidy; indoors and out. The location and view is excellent. I loved the unique quality of their small shop that offerred up free access to books, games and even a Magic 8 Ball for fun; as well as, affordable jewellery, incense and curios. 「I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition.
