「The toilet was broken in my room. The fridge was very loud. Blinds didnt go down. So the.street lights where in my face. The bed was hard. Had them move me in the morning. New room had hair all over the floor. I cleaned my room l. Left early because of a large roach. 」

「We arrived here late at night. Me and 2 kids. My kids dubbed it "the Royal Prison Yard of New Orleans". There were a group of kids chilling near the front door. There's a fence with a gate you have to go through to get to the parking lot. We ended up staying somewhere else as it did not feel safe to bring young kids into.」

「Breakfast was fresh but was not appetizing. Near shopping. A lot of amenities did not work. The pool is open seasonal which was my whole point in booking. They need better breakfast, open pool year round, and get the tvs fixed couldn’t watch it at all during my stay 」

「I found a syringe in my 1st room. They gave me a 2nd room, found some sort of bug on the bed. Did not stay here. Got full refund. Staff was kind and helpful.」

「I hate New Orleans but we had to make a trip there for reasons not relevant here. We stayed in Slidell for a couple nights so we could get in and out of the area without dealing with the worst of the horrible traffic in New Orleans. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Parking lot is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle, but we were always able to find a spot. We didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast, but when we left early the coffee was already made (HUGE PLUS; thank you...
