「This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy.」

「Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go. 」

「Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. 」
