「Great property! This was a perfect stay for us as we were in town visiting family! The only downside was our room cards kept deactivating. Minor issue and all the positives outweigh that. Daily breakfast was as expected!」

「Our little family of 3 stayed here, including a 1 year old. Got in around 10pm. Parked across the street and took an elevator to the skyway, which was really nice and convenient. We checked in with the front desk. The person checking us in seemed tired or just “not in the mood” or something but wasn’t rude and got us checked in and explained parking and check out. We only stayed one night but liked that we read that the elevator only allowed guests to use so it made us feel safer as we were not...

「Was not happy with the room description versus the reality. Paid for an executive king that was shown with extra space and a pullout couch but it was really a standard king room with no extra space and no couch for sitting and relaxing. Website room phone did not match the actual. The people were very nice and provided good service but I felt like the accommodation was misrepresented on the website pictures and description. 」

「Great hotel in a beautiful, historic building. Very clean. Because we booked through Expedia, we weren't allowed to have the breakfast that was being served. If you're paying to stay at a hotel that serves complimentary breakfast, why should you be excluded simply because you didn't book direct?」

「Very secure, key card needed to access all areas of hotel. Clean, stylish, friendly staff. Parking ramp too far away though. 」

「Beds were comfortable and the place in general was quiet at night. We did have an issue with the toilet but they were able to provide an alternative for the bathroom the morning we were leaving. 」

「Very friendly staff, although they appear to be understaffed. They were very attentive and kind. Clean rooms. My only critique is that the pool was pretty dirty and could have used a good cleaning. Easy access right off of 131. Dining options nearby. Meijer also nearby for groceries. 」

「The Inn is in a beautiful setting and there is lots of wildlife to enjoy. It is safe and clean. The beds are comfortable. The Inn Keeper Sheila is very flexible and accommodating for you. She makes an amazing breakfast. Will go back anytime I am in town. 」
