"The rooms are very minimalistic and small. Since the room was only required for sleeping it was not an issue. The hotel uses an AI messenger which you can use to contact with questions. The first night we ran into an issue because the shower drain did not work properly causing the water to flow into the room. I contacted the messenger and received a response within 30 minutes. We were given the option to switch rooms or request maintenance. We opted to switch rooms. The new rooms did not have issues. The location of the hotel is a bit hidden, but it is very close to the Piccadilly line which we used to go and return on our way to the airport. The location was great because we were within 15 mins to the palace and Big Ben. Overall, the hotel was great, I do think they need to do a little more maintenance in the rooms, but would definitely stay again. "
