The location of the hotel made it a little tricky to find at first, but once we knew our way around, we found it very convenient. The hotel was very clean, the staff was great, overall it was a good experience.

Great place to stay for our family of 4 (1 teen, 1 tween). Like all hotels in our price point, this was a tight squeeze for our family, but really for the majority of the time we were there, we were asleep so it didn’t bother us! Staff was great, restaurant was great. We were there during school holiday so it was definitely crowded with lots of families but the staff kept up! I would stay there again.

So glad we stayed at Premier Inn Paddington. We had a view from the 19th floor with a super comfy bed and pillows. Nice room and bathroom. Adjustable air conditioning. You can help yourself to tea/coffee/milk etc by reception. A short walk to the canal and public transport. M & S supermarket, food trucks and cafes a 5 min walk. Just one thing to note is the shower pressure was weak. Pretty area and would definitely stay here again.

I booked a family room for 3 of us. The room was not a big enough for opening 3 suitcases. There were 2 single beds and 1 queen bed in the tiny room, and the floor in between the beds seemed like they didn’t get vacuumed. Especially by the window, there were so many dust balls left. Bathroom was clean but the bathtub is tall and it was hard to get in and out. However, it was quiet and had a nice view. It Close to Paddington station and Edgware Road station. It makes easy access to and from both Heathrow and Gatwick airports, and every single tourist places. The hotel has a good, reasonable, and family friendly restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Also, the people at the front desk were very kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great time there and will come back again for sure!

We had a great time at the Premiere Inn, Paddington Basin. It was a very convenient location to Central London with a quick tube ride. The beds were comfortable, there was air conditioning, the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly. The only issue we had was the bathtub was very tall and narrow and slippery. So I suggest getting a rubber mat. I bashed my knee pretty good getting into the tub one day and it left an impressive bruise.
