The rooms at this property are ideal and well laid out, but unfortunately rundown. Not sure how to describe the terrible odor in our room...a combination of smoke, overpowering cleaning products and insecticide??? I know that all our clothing had to be washed immediately upon our return home because we brought the smell with us! The screen on the tv in our room was also damaged. This place needs ventilation and a makeover.

Our room was filthy,they placed a towel under the leaking air conditioner but the floor was still flooded. The fridge and counters had crumbs and filth on them. The toilet had feces on it. Looked like the maid had only touched the bed. When we went to request a new room they said they were full we asked for a refund. We were told we had to call on Monday and it would be approved, we left . We needed up receiving a voucher for a free stay and no refund. $120 wasted. Would not recommend to anyone.

This property was completely covered in smoke in the hallways and the rooms. We initially didn't have any towels in our room. There also wasn't extra toilet paper, and the one that was there was nearly finished. We had to go downstairs to request both. The man at the front desk wasn't too helpful, but it appeared that he was the only one there.

Halls are dark and guests or staff left garbage In hallways. No toilet paper in bathroom and had to go down and get it. No chairs in room considering the rooms have kitchenettes and table but no place to sit. One heavy, stuffed chair in corner doesn’t count. Garbage under stuffed chair when I moved it. I’m being generous since the hotel was fully booked for the eclipse. Staff was overwhelmed but my comments refer to the overall state of the room. Facility just has a dark gloomy feel to it. Bathroom looks clean. Located in hotel filled area near the airport. Price was high for the room I got. That may be because every place was booked for the eclipse. I’m sure it is not as busy or the staff overworked as it is for my visit

Heating unit was noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Lobby and halls smelled like marijuana. I believe live full-time in this hotel, for whatever reasons. More breakfast options would have been nice, like fruit and juice. Otherwise, it was clean, spacious, and friendly staff.

I have stayed in this location twice before yesterday. I was disgusted how dirty the hallway way carpet was I even seen animal feces on the carpet. Bags of open garbage overflowing in the hallway next to peoples door it smelled of cigarette smoke . The room was rundown looking it was missing the tv remote and I had to go get one after I called the front desk which I felt the worker should have had brought one up to me . I will never stay at this location again

There was no water, there was trash under the bed, the parking lot was full of garbage I called about issues with the water and they said there was no maintenance until the morning so I could not even take a shower clean dishes or anything They had no dish soap so I couldn’t wash my dishes either This was horrible and I want a partial refund there should never be a situation where you have no hot water The people upstairs were jumping up and down on the floor all hours of the night and nothing was done This was awful, I want a partial refund

They need to check house keeping. Ashes on the window, incense sticks behind the toilet. I had to wipe the toilet seat. Bed was just straightened it wasnt changed cos the pillow cases were wrinkled. Floor had prints on it. Light bulb was burnt out. Either the toaster didnt work or the outlet was busted.

The front desk attendenant was on some sort of drugs or alcohol and was unable to form sentences and check us and 2 other people into our room after 10pm. After 45 minutes of trying, someone instructed him how to check us in over the phone. The police came and were circling the building on foot. My sheets were dirty, but I feared for my safety by asking for clean ones in the lobby late at night. My window was broken and didn't close and the toilet also didnt flush. This was the craziest experience I've ever had at a hotel. Do NOT stay here.

Very friendly Staff, only 1elevator for the entire building, we stayed on the 3rd floor with our pet, it was very inconvenient to get to the elevator (located in the lobby across from the front desk) room could have been cleaner, there was hair in the bathtub

Dirty pots were provided stating that they were sanitized. I have pictures of everthing. The microwave had dirt in it. The knobs on the stive were never cleaned. I would have asked for compensation but there was niine at the desk when I checked out.

Computers need an upgrade
After traveling most of the day, i was looking forward to checking in and getting some rest. The house computer had "crashed" and i was unable to check in. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and could still not check in.
