「Staff, clean facility, breakfast and coffee availability」

「The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.」

「while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again.」

「Room was clean. Well maintained property. Staff was every nice! Breakfast was typical but plentiful. Coffee was excellent! Parking and area around hotel was well lit. Felt safe.」

「Absolutely beautiful property, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the stay, it was quiet and serene. The bed was very comfortable and I love that is dog friendly, even though I didn’t have my furmonster with me. I only had one issue, the toilet tank chain kept coming off.」
