「We had an absolutely unforgettable experience during our stay for my girlfriend’s birthday! From the moment we arrived, the resort provided incredible service, but one person truly made our trip extraordinary: Willy! Willy went above and beyond every single day to ensure we were taken care of. He surprised us by organizing an amazing birthday room decoration that made the celebration feel so personal and special. His attentive customer service, warmth, and genuine care throughout our entire stay...

「The only staff willing to help anyone in our group were the bellboys. Everyone else seemed to be annoyed to work. Smiles were rare. The quality of the food was below acceptable and the options were very limited. Which was a nightmare because I was constantly begging to get a reservation for a big group and there was never any type of accommodation made. The discoteca was awkward. The layout has a bunch of rails around the dance floor so if you’d like to dance you feel like you are on display...

「Housekeeping was rude the bartenders and security were friendly and helpful. The property has beautiful views but that's where the good ends. Food options are nonexistent as only the buffet is open every day the so called restaurants that are included are not restaurants its seats by the water and only one open a day by reservations only. Sushi which is extra cost is open everyday but I never saw anyone there. Food was extremely salty and either undercooked or overcooked. Food truck is one...

「The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for convenience, but improving the water pressure and...

「I've stayed here twice before and enjoyed myself however, this third trip was different. The food wasn't as tasteful as I remembered and they still have limited meat options at breakfast for those that don't eat pork. The worse part of the trip was the construction. There's active construction happening next door, they work 7 days a week, a lot of banging and noise. Not quiet and they start at 8am exactly and continue until 6-7pm. Although this is temporary it made the stay less relaxing and...
