Edgar, Wilky and Nehemiah at the main dining hall were absolutely amazing. The staff was very accommodating. Every request was met very pleasantly. Their salt water pools were amazing. Must visit this resort.

Los restaurantes estan algo distantes de los centros de elaboracion , y hacia él, los meseros que son muy buenos llevan las comidas a la interperie, en condiciones de lluvia no podran hacerlo, porque no existen techos para que se aseguen ellos y la cena de esas condiciones de clima inesperadas

My partner and I had an extremely relaxed and calming trip. The shuttle to the beach everyday which leaves every 30 minutes was perfect. Food was great, poolside reading and naps. I would only say the djs in the early mornings could maybe play more chill tunes like Bob Marley and save the JAMS for after lunch. All in all it was an amazing stay and would recommend.

Estuvo muy bueno, la habitación cómoda y limpia, el buffet es variado y la comida no está mal. Los empleados son muy atentos y cordiales, sobre todo el joven Edgar del buffet nos dio muy buena atención y servicio. Volvería, por más días. Es un lugar muy tranquilo. La única observación es que al ser solo para adultos me parece que en la noche no hay nada que hacer , pero de resto muy bien. Me gustó mucho.

Subject: Feedback on Room Conditions and Service Experience During my recent stay, I encountered significant issues with the room conditions and the service provided. The first room had a malfunctioning air conditioner. I reported the issue, and a repairman arrived approximately an hour later—around 12:30 AM. He made some adjustments to the remote and asked me to wait 10 minutes, assuring me it would start working. Unfortunately, it did not. I called the reception again, but they insisted the repairman claimed the issue was resolved. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to change my room. I was taken to the reception, where I had to wait another 15 minutes while they arranged a new room—by then it was already 1:00 AM, and I had to wake up early at 7:00 AM for an excursion. The second room also had a serious issue: the toilet flush was not working. I had to manually fill the tank with water bottles just to use it. Despite raising the issue, no repair was made, and I had to continue using the toilet in that condition. This experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the service quality one expects.

Fantastic hotel with all inclusive food and drinks. Free shuttle to bayahibe beach was convenient and on time. Definitely did not regret staying here. Huge plus was the different pools we could use during our stay, absolutely loved ending the day at one of the pools everyday before dinner with great views! There was also activities throughout the day like water aerobics, yoga and activities at night like dancing, silent party, nightly shows etc. 10/10 highly recommend!!

They should improve the waiting time... I arrived at 1:45pm and they didn't give me the room until 5:42pm... They kept me there without anyone informing me why the delay... In fact, I had to make an international call to find out why... Now my phone company charged me $18.00 for the 33 minutes I was on hold... It wasn't fair to leave me there for so long... AJP
