Beautiful place, peaceful, nice people, the only thing bad things i can say is that you have to drive like 5 mnts for the breakfast since the restaurants in the facility was out of service… try to stay at the other one thats called soficu on the beach, because is near all the attractions and restaurants. We tried getting transfer over to the other hotel, willing to pay an extra fee but everything was booked. Overall I loved it specially since is not crowded, my family was the only guess for the first 2 days.

There was not any space to put clothes and shower holder broken. The TV didn’t work. There was a party at the pool so not very peaceful during that time. Food was very good!

Clean room, nice staff, good choice breakfast, very inviting pool and overall, the Hotel just feels like a big hotel chain with their ergonomics and finishing touches. Just one thing, even though on the website it states service animals are the only ones welcome, you might be given a pushback as most DR places are quick to rule out and indiscriminately judge on a quick no for a service animal’s entrance unless you press the matter further. Overall, it’s a phenomenal place and friendly staff.

Clean room Beach is far but you have free shuttle to the beach and restaurants Staff very friendly Pool needs cleaning Ask for Breakfast at green village. The other hotel is no clean. The restaurant o pizzeria is surrounded by many cats. I asked why so many cats an the girl who work there said cats are tgere because owners have them there.that is gross eat with cats and dogs and many people like me have allergies to animals

So far from beach The water heater had problem but the maintenance guy came to resolve it. The group of breakfast needs to get organized to do tge work. They need to clean tables. Coffeemaker and have everything ready by tge time customers arrive . You need to set a table with a jar of 3 juices. Fruits milk etc. Customers don't get a menu you need to ask them to know what is available for breakfast. They take too much time to serve. Shuttles. They drivers are driving and watching videos in cell at same time. I was so nervous. Also tge volume of his cell was too loud. He was watching some episodes for youngs. We had to listen it. And be nervous because he was so distracted with his cell. Drivers need to take classes of customer service and be respectful with clients. Pool needs to be clean there are so much surrounding in tiles. The pool guy never put claro in it. I asked him why didn't put clorox and he responded it was not need of this.

Bonita decoración del hotel el hotel es limpio el staff fueron atentos en todo El desayuno delicioso mas los jugos de frutas naturales que ellos hacen me encantaron el parqueo un poco incómodo por que es pequeño Y para poder llegar al hotel tuve que hacerlo a través de Google map mas fácil .

Todo estuvo super bien, el personal muy atento y amable, en esepcial la chica de recepcion, la que lleva mas tiempo, pero las nuevas e igual muy amables y serviciales para el tiempo que llevan. Al principio tuvimos problemas en la habitacion con un liqueo en el baño, pero rapido buscaron acomodarnos en otra habitacion mas espaciosa, mas linda y moderna y con balcon con vista a la piscina, en general todo super bien, lo unico que si buscas un hotel mas centrico y cerca de las playas locales esta no es la opcion si quieres llegar caminando.

Prachtige locatie als je een auto hebt. Anders is het moeilijk om daar te komen, en om naar je ontbijt locatie te gaan. Deze is namelijk niet op het terrein zelf. Voor de rest heeft een goede verbinding met Bayahibe zelf en de regio. Wij zelf hadden een van de villa’s, maar let op!! Er staat GEEN kookgerei in de keuken, je moet dus zelf een inductiepan etc, regelen!!!! Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk, maar helaas is wel moeilijk te communiceren. Personeel spreekt namelijk geen Engels. (Dit is geen klacht!, maar ter waarschuwing voor niet Spaans sprekende)

Muy buen hotel, nosotros nos fuimos de bayahibe a otras playas, pero ni las playas ni los hoteles eran iguales a bayahibe y Soficu hotel, así es que volvimos a disfrutar del resto de nuestras vacaciones aquí. Está lejos de la playa para vale totalmente la pena, por que igual si te quedas en la playa, tienes que caminar mucho para la playa pública, ya que la playa de los restaurantes es de embarcaciones. Antes de tomar la decisión de irte a la playa, piensa en la comodidad y lujo que brinda en Soficu Green village. La verdad las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas, la villita está hermosa. Las albercas está súper agusto. Tienen una terraza con billar bien agradable. Y las habitaciones del edificio están bien cómodas. Por el precio, créanme que vale totalmente la pena. En mis próximas vacaciones, seguro que vuelvo. Llegamos con la intención de hospedarnos un día y fuimos reservando cada día, hasta que nos quedamos 5 noches. Saludos

Me hospedé 3 noches y este hotel fue la mejor opción. Personal muy amable y atentos. Instalaciones cómodas y modernas. Privado y seguro. Es un hotel muy bueno y muy grande. Con muchas cosas. Creo que es mejor que el que está cerca de la playa. Muy recomendado!

O hotel aparenta ter passado por reforma recente, mas a falta de atenção aos detalhes e ao serviço prejudicou a estadia. No quarto, o acabamento e a funcionalidade deixam a desejar: o ralo do chuveiro tinha baixa vazão (o box alagava), a ducha higiênica estava quebrada, a pia era extremamente apertada e mau instalada, não havia ganchos para toalhas nem espaço adequado para o lixo. Além disso, os lençóis e toalhas pareciam novos, mas não foram lavados antes do uso, soltando muitos fiapos. A limpeza das áreas comuns foi negligenciada; objetos sujos na porta do quarto foram ignorados pela equipe durante toda a estadia, mesmo após entrarem no cômodo mais de uma vez. O ponto mais crítico foi o café da manhã: a comunicação foi vaga e, ao contrário do anunciado, fomos informados de que o serviço ocorria em outra propriedade da rede (4 min de carro ou 30 min caminhando pela estrada). Ao chegar lá, fomos direcionados a um quiosque com cardápio muito restrito, totalmente diferente do que foi contratado na reserva.
