「The place was so big. Had to take a trolley to go to the Grand Palace from the Adults only. The guest concierge Francia Garcia was really helpful and I couldn't thank her enough for all the help I got. From random questions to book dinner reservations, she was on point. 」

「Un hotel sumamente grande, muchas piscinas, áreas para recrearse, el cuido de los niños, los restaurantes variados. Lo que no me gustó fue las largas caminatas y que no hay animación, ni música en todas las áreas de piscina.」

「If you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone.」
