"Everything was great, the staff was helpful.and friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The only minor thing i can complain about if i had to pick was the parking was a bit confusing and could be wxpensive but the staff was helpful with that as well and i had to keep in mind that we were in Boston."

"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "
