「Mike was the best host. Very welcoming and called a taxi for me to get to my next destination. One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend」

「The property is a little tired but it's so easy to overlook that with the warmth of the welcome and fantastic service. Breakfast was all cooked fresh to order (with perfectly poached eggs!!) and the place was spotlessly clean. We'll definitely stay again when in Hastings with our dog.」

「We booked a couple of rooms for a family wedding at a venue close by. Overall, it was excellent value for money and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely and quiet and the breakfast was great. Very happy. 」

「It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. 「Super friendly staff who were easy to converse with, the inn was well maintained with vintage roots and a splash off modern. The food was excellent. On the listing it does say they have laundry facilities, but after asking it turns out they don’t. So be aware if that is a need. I would surely go back again if I am in the area!」

「A great 4 night stay. We ate at the hotel each evening, something different each night from the great menu. Mostly chosen for the surrounding area and despite a rather dire weather forecast we were out and about most days, and the spa and pool filled in one afternoon. Thanks to all the team for a great stay, we’ll miss the seats by the fire in the bar.」
