The lady that met us open check in was very friendly & welcoming . She showed us to our room and said anything we need to just ask . Comfortable room everything you need my only one criticism could do with a mini fridge to put water etc in . Shower was great .
Very nice stay would definitely come again
Great place to stay before the shuttle crossing. Warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast to go is a really nice touch.
One point to note, the bed we stayed in had a footboard so if you are tall the bed can be uncomfortable. When I asked if all beds were like this, after we stayed, I didn’t get a response.
Lovely room with a garden area outside the front door. Very quiet, picturesque place. 5 min drive from the eurotunnel, so perfect for travelling. We had our dog with us and it was perfect.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights, before and after our trip to France via Euro tunnel. For travelers with dogs, this place is fantastic - there is a garden right outside the room, so my dog was very happy. The areas is nice and quiet. Check-in was delightful as the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I am not too happy about is the bed - it is too soft and rather uncomfortable unfortunately.

Really pretty, peaceful location and super convenient for the channel tunnel access. 5 mins away.
Facilities a bit dated and basic but well looked after and there was everything we needed.
Lovely continental breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff.
We didn’t spot that there is no evening meal on site which was tough after a long journey. But Hythe only 10 mins away.
What an amazing find. We can’t recommend Beachborough Park enough. From our first contact with Rob it could not have been better. He was so helpful and accommodating. When we arrived the welcome was warm and friendly. We were leaving early the next morning and would miss breakfast however there was already a paper bag with a continental breakfast ready and waiting for us in the room, including a cafetière ready for use. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was immensely comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. What drew us to Beachborough Park was the proximity to the channel tunnel, just a mile and half away, however, to suggest this is the only reason you would stay is untrue. Yes, it’s an ideal stay when travelling to and from the tunnel, but I’m sure you would not be sorry if your stay was longer.
Thank you Rob and team for such a pleasant stay. We will definitely return.

Good for staying with a dog.
Outside room was a lawned area.
Near to le shuttle
Beachborough is the perfect location for anyone wanting to catch the Eurotunnel with it being only 2 mins drive away.
Rob was on hand on arrival with a quick phone call, the surroundings are very scenic and picturesque and the accommodation is spot on. Very comfy double bed and all other amenities were very good. Would definitely stay again when travelling on the Eurotunnel and if staying for longer in the garden of England.
This place is great part of an old estate. The owner is very welcoming and knowledgable on the history of the house and grounds. Apparently it was used as a hospital during both wars. It is handy for those using le shuttle to France as we did.
They were very welcoming and gave suggestions on where to take our dog for a walk and to have food. We even got breakfast for the road. It was great, highly recommended before the Eurotunnel.
Rob och hans hustru var underbara värdar. Rummet var så mysigt och sängen underbar. Rob förklarade var vi kunde rasta hundarna och det var i ett vackert landskap. Vill gärna komma hit igen.
We loved it. Its a property with suites carved out of the stable blocks of a manor house. It was very comfortable. Rob is a great host and went the extra mile to accommodate our Keto diet at breakfast. Very dog friendly.
Very professional, flexible, friendly owners who provided a great service. Location is outstanding for access to the Channel Tunnel. Very reasonable rates and so nice not to be in a budget chain motorway hotel. Thank you.
Rob, the owner, greeted me personally and brought me breakfast in the morning at the requested time. Very peaceful location and rooms with bags of character
Really nice place to stay, only 5 minutes drive from the Eurotunnel. Made to feel very welcome on arrival, and then given a really nice breakfast tray for our early departure. Our dogs were made welcome as well with a lot of green space for them to run around in.
Excellent place for overnight stay for euro tunnel
Excellent place to stay if travelling on euro tunnel only 2 mins to check in. Fantastic welcome from Rob and the breakfast brought to the room was excellent, even gave a chew to Rosie our cocker spaniel. Large paddock to exercise a dog and great pub (recommended by Rob) just up the road for a great meal. Would definitely recommend this place for a stopover for the euro tunnel.
