「Great location with friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was nice, clean with a mini fridge, Keurig, two tvs and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. The property is beautiful and you are right downtown Laconner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there is tea,coffee & hot water with hot cocoa/apple cider packets 24/7. 「Our overall experience was great. While the decor and general vibe are straight out of the '80s (as you can see from the pictures), everything else was fine. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. For around $100 a night, you get a microwave, a fridge, and they even provide breakfast—so there's nothing to complain about.」

「It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. 」
