「Friendly staff, clean room, quiet.」

「Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the 」

「Our overall experience was great. While the decor and general vibe are straight out of the '80s (as you can see from the pictures), everything else was fine. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. For around $100 a night, you get a microwave, a fridge, and they even provide breakfast—so there's nothing to complain about.」

「Great location with friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was nice, clean with a mini fridge, Keurig, two tvs and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. The property is beautiful and you are right downtown Laconner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there is tea,coffee & hot water with hot cocoa/apple cider packets 24/7. 「Sand on top of both beds. I think they need to wash the green plaid blankets that are at the end of the beds as I think that’s where the sand is coming from. Other than the sand in our beds, the resort is charming.」
