Clean and friendly. Bed was huge and soft. Walking distance to major shopping. Plenty of parking. Staff at check in and check out were professional and nice and rate and room info were written down and clear. The cash deposit for the room was instantly refunded at check out, unlike a different brand of hotel elsewhere in Mount Vernon that kept a 2 week hold on the money even after I went back to a different state. I was surprised how nice my stay was here.

The location was safe and the bedroom portion was clean, but the bathroom ceiling had water damage in the shower, the breakfast was literally two types of plain cereal and that was it, and the first room we were sent to was flooded. In addition the outside trashes were overflowing and the vending machine didn’t work properly.

Poorly maintained building. The TV in the room had a really poor connection and wasn't level. The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The bathroom fan was noisy and didn't appear to work either.

The room was unfinished. No door jam on floor between bathroom and entry. Dirt snd gunk in space. Keys continually not working. Desk chair was ripped up. No luggage rack. Personnel very friendly and helpful

This is an old facility in disrepair. Peeling paint, cracked door trim, thin and uninsulated walls you can hear everything. Cheap floor tile looking like laminate and adhesive wasn't used. Broken hairdryer. Sparsely furnished. I expected at minimum a "nice" room for the price. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Hotel has that "old" smell and i think a homeless person was enjoying the free "breakfast " - which was a choice of two cold cereals and toast. Luna, who checked us in, was polite, professional and efficient.

the room was ok for a days inn. , breakfast very BAD.... only toast, cold coffee.... Noise until 2:00am, complaints to the front desk many time but they did not do anything. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
