「Unlike everything is clean」

「No pool on 4th of july weekend -the hottest weekend of the year. If I knew prior I would not have booked. Disappoining」

「Great Hotel! Clean, new, smelled amazing as soon as you walk in! Room was quite large and had great amenities!! 2 great lounge areas to chill. Nice little indoor Pool. Breakfast was a buffet, there was a minimal charge. Great front lobby as well!」

「Recently remodeled. Nice rooms. Furniture reminded of a IKEA. Never seen it in any Hampton Before.」

「the actual rooms/units are huge and it's like stepping into a mini condo! The bad part was that the tv's were all blurry and had extremely limited channels and froze up a lot. Also, while the kitchen looks good, it has no oven or dishwasher and our stovetop didn't work. What else? Our refrigerator wasn't plugged in and stunk and they have no ice machine and we had to beg fpr extra bath towels and still didn't get them. The place has potential, but how about one tv that works instead of three...

「Three days to get a maintenance issue fixed, wifi spotty when not out, one front desk person in mornings who had to do double duty refreshing breakfast items resulting in long waits, tv kept going off for no obvious reason constantly had to reset and go through setup again.」

「We paid extra for the kitchenette room, so we were a bit surprised to find the cabinets and drawers completely empty when we arrived. There was information in the room indicating that the front desk could provide kitchen supplies and utensils, but it took some time for them to locate everything we needed. Fortunately, we were able to get the items later, and everything worked out. Aside from that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.」

「I hate to write this review because I don’t like writing negative reviews, but this was without question the most vile hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels here in the US and throughout the world. Even in early days China and Eastern Europe, I’ve never been in an equally horrible hotel. The night I arrived the lot was full of several certain criminals. And upon entering my room, I had to quickly kill two roaches. If not for being very late and completely exhausted,...

「When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". I don't understand why it was not taken seriously or maybe call someone to fix the issue. I wish I could get a partial refund because even taking a shower was an issue. So bad.」
