「Lobby smelled horrible. They have plugin air fresheners to try and hide the smell. Wi fi super slow, room had tiny flying bugs. Breakfast sub par. Cold」

「Checked in, went to room, there was water on the floor by the toilet, the tank was leaking. I called the front desk and after a short wait and a conversation I was told management had went home and maintenance had also went home and there’s nothing she could do. I could just live with it or leave.. Not the response I was looking for. I put two towels on the floor and made do.」

「The room was clean and ready at check in. We were cheerfully greeted by each the staff at the front desk when coming and going. Never had any issues with finding a parking space and the parking lot is well lit. Air conditioning was perfect in our room as well as throughout the facility.」
