「It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.」

「The property, room, and staff were wonderful. My only critique is that it would’ve been nice to know that I was going to have to put down $150 security deposit when I checked in. I would’ve liked to have known that little tidbit when I was actually booking the room so that I would’ve been for that request.」

「I was booked in the wrong room. It was the biggest let down and nothing they could do since I booked third party. 」

「Room good and comfortable. Elevator not working. Laundry worked but it wasn’t charging you for a washing load. The next day the washing machine was “out of order”. Then I had to drive a 40 mile round trip to go to a laundry mat.」

「I worked in a hospital as a housekeeper that received #1 on cleaning and sanitation by the state board. I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!」

「The room had not been completely cleaned. I was given a 20% cash back. A door on lower leave never completely shut, left fully open to anyone, unsafe. The front of building was well maintained but lower level need complete repairs to parking lot.」
