「While I was only there for 2 nights, the onsite staff was very friendly and I had no issues at all! I was surprised to learn that there is onsite washers and dryers...and they are free to use! The common areas are nice, there's even a pool table on the second floor. This facility is located about 2 minutes from the National Corvette Museum. Entry and exit are super easy. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying for 2 days or 2 weeks!」

「When checking in, the desk clerk was passed out in the back. Said we had no reservation in the system thru expedia. Made us book another room at 1am. Process took 1.5 hours.」

「Put in a request for Main floor or close to elevator, when making a reservations as I always do, there was no elevator. We were given a room on the second floor, as we were walking past the rooms to the stairs, I seen at least 3 rooms that had king beds in them. Out of the approx 80 rooms that they had, the ones on main level couldn't have all been spoken for, was our room, the complete opposite of what I requested because I reserved through Expedia ?Maybe? Reserved 2 months prior to...

「We got in around 10 o’clock at night and on my reservation I asked for a playpen or a mini crib for my child that was under one. It was not in the room or even mentioned when I checked in. I had to ask for one and then when we opened up the playpen, two of the sides did not click open and the bottom was gross so I had to wrap a blanket around it because no sheet was provided. The bathroom shower was dirty. It had stains all over the floor that were orange. Our bed had stains on the sheets, and...
