「Very spacious three bed two bath suite. Everything was perfect. 」

「The room was amazing clean and very nice. The staff was so nice. Parking was convenient. We didn’t use the pool or anything like that but we saw people enjoying the basketball court and mini golf. There was a convenient store right next to the building we stayed in. 」

「the check in was very disappointing. we drove 3 in a half hours was looking forward to relaxing when we got there and you even asked when we would get there which was 4pm for check in when we got there we were told the room was not ready and you would text us when it was ready so we drove around. we were on a limited budget so we did not have any plans that night. finally at 5:30 we got the text to pick up the keys of course I think that was when everyone else got the text too so we had to wait...

My wife called prior to check in to confirm first floor availability and was assured that our needs would be taken care of. When we arrived, both rooms booked were on the third floor.
