「The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are going through a switch over of owner so should get better than what I will be saying. The cleaning service is out sourced and have a lack of communication with staff took over 2 hrs to get in room after check in time because of cleaning not being done. Was put in a room that computer said was ours then next day was locked out of room after going to get breakfast and do a little shopping. Had to switch rooms because the computer system messed it...

「Room was clean and spacious. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Pizza place next door (in bait and tackle shop) was very good; short but steep walk. Ice machine worked great; plenty of hot water at decent pressure in shower. We checked in around 9:30 at night; there was no staff present but they sent a message through expedia about the lock code to our room. Wifi password was in pretty small type on a magnet on the minifridge; I almost missed it. Office was still closed when we left the next...

「They were supposed to have a hot breakfast each morning. First morning, no breakfast because they didn't have at least 10 rooms rented out. Very disappointed. Next two mornings they had breakfast which was okay. Mattress in our first room was lumpy, not comfortable. Changed rooms and was better. Years ago we stayed there alot, not impressed this time. Also, they had the pool closed.」

「Thought the room had a couch bed and it did not so they tried to sell us a trundle bed for $20 a night. Also booked through Expedia. Do not recommend. We were charged for the room twice」
