Google maps makes it easy to get around Springfield. It has many thrift shops through high end shopping. We enjoyed Bass Pro Shop, looked at the fish, taxidermy animals, Archery and Gun museums, all free. We didn't buy anything spent an hour there

We lived in Springfield for years and visited recently to see friends. There are aspects that are still the same but also some really great updates. There are fun activities happening all around the city. The downtown area has been revitalized.

Springfield has a lot to offer - dining and shopping options are endless plus cultural activities and the art and theatre opportunities around the University. Springfield Cardinals stadium is really nice!! Something for every family member

We weren't there long enough to see very much of the city. What we did experience was really nice. I never felt unsafe which is a big plus. It was clean and had a lot of different things to do. We will definitely be back to visit again.
