「This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!」

「My room was next to the ice machine. I kept hearing people loading up on ice early in the morning. When I mean early I mean around 6am.」

「Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery. All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went.」

「Our stay was Amazing! The Hotel Staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was always hot, with lots of options available. Plenty of parking. Our hotel room was clean, with very comfy beds. 「Overall, our stay was good, but I’m giving it three stars due to the noise. Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This was especially frustrating since we were just passing through and...
