「Great staff & complete breakfast. 」

「Me and the wife was expecting the Washington suite which is in the main manor. The pictures of the room clearly shows the arched windows of the house. We went there for the experience of the Manor. What we got was there so called suite room which was a basement under the house. I overlooked that. 「Very clean rooms, we didn’t try the breakfast because we slept in. Housekeeping was very good, we asked for extra items and they left everything we asked for in our room. The only reason I didn’t give excellent to staff was because there wasn’t always someone at front desk, you had to ring a bell or call them but once you did they came and answered quickly. I would stay here again because very clean and I felt safe since all the rooms are accessible thru the lobby only and not outside. 」

「Turn on heating unit. Had black stuff coming out of unit. When to front desk advised. Person on duty, got a rag and vacuum , cleaned it a bit. Not sure but think it was mold. One of washers would not take the money,so only one machine worked. Free breakfast was lacking. 」

「We checked in around 930 and the lobby was closed by then. The room had a weird smell that stayed on all of our clothes and belonging. The room did not seem very clean either. I expected a better experience considering the price and the conditions of the property presented in the pictures. 」
