This property is off the beaten path in Branson so it is more quiet and less traffic. The facility is beautifully maintained. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine and staff were great. Only complaint was the heating issue. We had to call both nights so they could turn the breaker off just to have the heater blow hot air. They were nice & they handled it promptly, just a slight inconvenience is all.

Yes, the room was in good condition, but a bit short on kitchen tools. The shower only put out slightly warm water. Perhaps the handle needs fixing to make the hot water come through better? The staff was friendly.

The room was very clean, very nice, the view from the resort was beautiful, the staff were helpful and check in was easy. The only problem was that the room had a smell of marijuana, there was a party day before in the adjacent room and the person we talked to said it was just a food smell from that, but obviously my wife and I know what pot smells like and the smell was there the whole time, we wish they would have offered to let us switch rooms, but other than that the resort was very nice with a lot of free activities.

This is a great condo we stayed 3 nights then drove up to Springfield for 3 days and we came back to Westgate for a week. We will for sure b back very clean very spacious. Amazing pool and hot tub they have paddle board and mini golf course. The gym was great to keep up w ur exercise routine and the pool table was fun.
