「It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok」

「We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. 」

I usually stay in one of the big chain hotels, but I’d happily choose this place again. The staff was the most pleasant and welcoming I have encountered in years. I felt bad not eating breakfast after being greeted by the lady I assume was a server. Looking forward to next time! 」
