The property is absolutely gorgeous! Very well maintained. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the mattress had seen better days. It was saggy and uncomfortable. I did share this with the desk at checkout and they said they would definitely send someone to replace it and were very grateful that I had shared this so they could fix it. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Large property, but had to shuttle for everything and shuttle took at least 30 mins to go anywhere. Golf was very good. Rooms were very expensive for what was offered. Staff was exceptional.

The room was clean, but was worn. The paint in the bathroom was old and could have been refreshed. The person who checked us in was less than friendly and did not explain anything about the resort to us that we heard other staff explaining to other guests. The shuttle service was nice and the drivers were super helpful, especially Zachery and Samantha.

Big Cedar Lodge has accommodations for any family/group size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They truly try to have entertainment for kids to adults. Food was delicious at the restaurants that we went to. You can be as busy or relaxed as you want to be.

The property was really nice. We loved the shuttle service. However, to get a 5 star rating from us you would need to, at minimum, supply guests with hot coffee in the lobby of each lodge in the mornings.

It was a beautiful property with so many places to explore. A little disappointed that our shuttle driver took us to a restaurant on the property that was closed and drove off. Wasted most of a morning on this mistake. Also could not find the hiding place for the ice bucket. Luckily the housekeeping staff manager who spoke English showed us where to look. We also had a run in with a frog in the hot tub that was full of debris. In their defense it stormed that afternoon and no one checked the pool and hot tub after. We will definitely be back as it was relaxing and beautiful.

A breathtakingly beautiful resort. Cottage charming and well stocked. Staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. Food at Mountain Top Grill excellent, service superb. Cottage location a bit hard to find & drive to. Roundabouts a bit confusing but traffic was light so you can figure out the way without rushing. All in all, a superb wilderness resort managed beautifully in lodges and cottages and on the vast grounds whicih are beautifully landscaped.

Beautiful, even in the winter. Views were gorgeous. Only 1 restaurant open, but it was divine. A little coffee shop was open that had great coffee. Staff was so kind.
