Despite there being only a handful of guests they put us below what i can only guess was a family of nocturnal tap dancing elephants having a bowling marathon. I can't even imagine what tasks one would have at 2am in a hotel room that would require that much walking back and forth after walking back and forth from 11pm to midnight. I swear I heard several bowling balls being dropped on the floor. If it had been thw busy season I would just chalk it up to bad luck. But considering the number of open rooms it's just poor policy on behalf of the management that leads to a sleepless night due to having upstairs neighbors. I did not have time to partake of any of the amenities. The room was adequately clean and well maintained. If you are lucky you might have a reasonably acceptable stay. I will not be investing any more money in finding out how the property is for a longer stay. It's a shame too as I am a local shop owner and im always looking for a place to recommend to my customers. As it was I regretted choosing this place over all the other options when I needed a place for the night as I waited for my water to be restored after my pipes burst durung a recent winter storm

We ended up with a free upgrade of 2 connecting rooms. They were very nice. Loved the balconies and fireplaces. Only disappointment was water not staying hot enough to fill the jetted tub. Beautiful place and ultra friendly staff!!!

$150 non refundable fee for a pets. This was not mentioned on the phone when we asked if they accept pets. It’s in the fine print on Expedia but I missed it. Had I know we would have picked a different hotel because non refundable for that amount is crazy. That’s a whole nights stay in itself. Trey were not friendly, the people in the market were very rude. There is no Maid service during your stay. The hot tub was barely hot, the jets have to be turned on from a staff member I waited for a half hour after calling for jets and no one came. A random worker knocked on our door at 2 am and when I looked out the window he was speeding off in his maintenance cart. It was very creepy. Pretty expensive hotel not really worth what they offer. They have a pretty cool club house that has an art area an arcade an indoor pool which was supposed to be heated but wasn’t. Paula was very sweet and helpful in that area, they should give her a raise and let her lead a training on basic customer service techniques. 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

The room was in no way what was pictured on the website. Need to update your pictures. I booked based on how nice the rooms looked. Room was very dated, furniture was old and falling apart. Pictures show the room I booked with fireplace and very nice furniture. Not even close!!!! Very dated, dingy and depressing room. We ordered pizza from the restaurant on site, it was burnt and not even edible, we throw it out. Very unhappy with our stay, we will not be back.

Property is nice but too big . That leads to long wait for Housekeeping staff to address any request. Our rooms were also not ready when we arrived at 6pm. I requested coffee refill in the morning and it came later after noon. There is pizza and Starbucks coffee on property. Kids have lot of options to play. I don’t spend much time on the property itself other than visit a nice waterfall on one of its side.
